he is an artist and a poet. he is a pioneer. he chose to exercise his first
amendment rights by creating fake identification cards.
this was an art project. tremendous care and effort went into the creation of his fake licenses. is he to blame if the people he sold his cards to were immature enough to ask for their date of birth to be modified to make them appear to be 21 years old? is he to blame for their abuse of his art project? NO! he is going to be arrested tomorrow, if the police come to the conclusion that he can be prosecuted. |
