This page is a meditation on color. It is completely color-centric, paying no attention to anything that is not within the realm of color. It is, of course, also an experiment in dynamic HTML and javascript, meant to help broaden my understanding of those two concepts, and is one of my proudest acheivements to that end.

I have found that in order to truly appreciate each of the different kinds of 'color fills,' it may be necessary for you to 'reset' the grid after each go-round.

Note: The sequential_fill does produce colors in a specific order, but is a mathematical order, instead of a visual order. There are times when you can observe a procession of similar colors, but it also tends to jump around, and to look generally un-ordered.

Both the sequential_fill and the background_fade use the same 216 colors (the colors that will render the same on any operating system), so they may take a little while longer to finish. The background_fade especially takes a while, because of processor and memory limitations.

It must also be noted that I owe the awe-inspiring spiral_fill to Mr. Justin Tippit. Were it not for his mathematical prowess and nimble, lucid thought process, this experiment with color would be incomplete.
